
6 apples peeled and diced
1/2 c water
Simmer about 20 minutes or until tender, stirring and mashing occasdionally ( as often as your little helpers would like)
Take off heat.
Add 1/4 c sugar
sprinkle with cinnamon
If you eat this warm over graham crackers, you will be eating the best “Apple Pie” ever! You can even add a dollop of vanilla yogurt.
